Ultimate MinePiece Remake — Update 3.0.0 New Island: Sabaody Archipelago An entirely new island biome to discover, with its own creative tab filled with building blocks: Yarukiman logs, leaves and roots, bubble blocks, Sabaody soil and grass, planks, bricks, roof tiles, paths, glowing lamps, and Marine bricks.
Giant mangroves, bubble groves, and an entire Sabaody city with multiple buildings can now generate.
New /sabaody command that takes you straight to the island. Its location is determined by the world seed, so every seed generates the island in a different location.
Sabaody Civilians — 20 different randomly generated appearances, each with their own hair, hat, bag, and outfit. Their appearance is remembered once they spawn.
Right-click with an empty hand to trade. They have two merchant inventories worth of offers across 27 slots.
Sneak + right-click to recruit them as a companion.
Right-click with food to heal them.
Right-click with a Sabaody Whistle to make them follow you or hold position. Sneak + right-click to dismiss them.
Companions follow you around, place lamps when it's dark, and copy the blocks you place if they happen to be holding the same block.
New Sabaody Whistle item.
Sea Monsters — 8 New Bosses of the Deep Eight new sea monsters that spawn in oceans, deep oceans, and the Deep Dark. Each has its own spawn egg, custom model, animations, and loot table.
Monster Health Damage Notes Cobra King 350 16 Lord of the Coast 500 20 Storm Eel 200 10 Shockwave Roar Leviathan 800 30 Larger Shockwave Roar Mega Shark 600 24 Anglerfish 700 26 Swordfish 350 22 Piranha 250 14 Each sea region scales them slightly differently.
They eat whatever they kill.
Their bites have a wind-up that you can read and dodge.
A strong enough Conqueror's Haki user scares them off outright.
New Sea Monster Meat and Cooked Sea Monster Meat foods, with smelting, smoking, and campfire recipes.
Sky Creatures — 4 New Flyers, and You Can Ride Them News Coo and Sky Manta are peaceful, while Thunder Hawk and Sky Pterosaur are hostile.
Taming Get a Conqueror's Haki user close enough, and the creature will become terrified and hover in place. Feed it raw Sea Monster Meat while it's stunned. Your Conqueror's Haki tier increases your chances of taming it.
Riding Mount with an empty hand. It flies where you're looking.
W — Move forward
Space — Rise
Shift — Descend
They fly 25% faster with a rider, follow you when you dismount, never attack you, and the camera pulls back so you can see them properly.
Devil Fruit Logia Overlay Every Logia user now has an elemental overlay on their body that reacts to what you're doing.
Your limbs turn into your element while using moves. Fire, ice, wood, smoke, lightning, light, magma, sand, and dark all have their own animated textures. The affected limbs change depending on the move.
Which limbs light up is determined by both the move and the animation pose, so the effect always matches what you're actually doing on screen.
The transformation grows in over a few frames instead of snapping on. It also stays active for the entire cast, including charge-ups, so long moves don't flicker.
Outer shell layers were added for fire and ice — a flame halo and crystal spikes that sit outside the normal limb box. Wood doesn't get one since bark doesn't have a distinct silhouette.
When you get hit, your body briefly disperses into your element at the spot where you were struck.
Devil Fruit Awakening For Mera Mera and Gura Gura: once you are above a 1.5 billion bounty, every fruit skill you cast has a chance to light a silent spark.
Drop to 15% health while a spark is active, and a five-second cinematic begins — a pillar of your element, a pressure wave, a full title card, and then the fruit permanently awakens.
Awakened Mera Mera and Gura Gura gain +50% max health and +25% damage on all their skills.
Every other Devil Fruit follows the same awakening flow and gains +15% damage on its skills.
New awakened Mochi Mochi skills. For now, it mainly provides bonus damage, and the donuts increase from 2 to 4.
New advancements, an /awakening command, and a Progression Tree screen with a dedicated Path of Awakening page.
Gear 4 — Snakeman Snake-shaped steam coils, a slim-and-pump transformation animation, new hair, limb and clothing layers, and new Armament textures.
Air jumps while in Gear 4 — Sanji's Sky Walk, above the clouds.
Three new moves: Gear Four Python, Python Barrage, and King Cobra.
Gear 2 Red Hawk — the arm stretches backward, trembles, then fires forward in a straight line. Friction sparks appear before it ignites.
A Gear 4 Unlock Advancement — defeat Charlotte Katakuri, or train with Rayleigh for two minutes while within 40 blocks of him.
Gear 5 — Nika New moves: Nika Grab, Giant Stomp, Dawn Slam, Gatling, Rocket, Whip, Kaminari (requires open sky; it warns you if you're indoors), and Fist.
NPC Luffy can also use Bajrang Gun.
Special awakening for Gear 5.
NPC Luffy now has Gear 4 and Gear 5 appearances as well.
Imu — Saint Nerona, the King of the World A completely new NPC. I forgot to add a spawn egg for him, so for now, you can summon him using the /summon command.
Imu's Blade A new weapon with four base shapes:
Pole Blade
War Axe
Mallet
Void Blade
Right-click cycles through the shapes, while sneak + right-click goes back. Skills can morph the blade mid-fight, and it returns to whichever base shape you left it on.
Technique Wheel Nemesis — Leap, dive, and drive a stab into the ground, creating a blast with a 12-block radius.
Dominion — A morning star on a chain that orbits you before being thrown and exploding.
Omen — A chargeable black-hole orb. Hold the key to charge it.
Nova Eclipse — A sigil that fires a barrage of homing mini-projectiles. Also chargeable.
Sword of Wrath: Gram — A longsword crescent with a 7.5-block reach.
Perfect Guard — Your halo flies outward and transforms into a shadow beast that lunges and bites, stunning enemies with a shockwave. It fires automatically when you successfully Just Guard.
Imu Wings A new wing layer for your character. The wings remain folded while on the ground, flap while you rise, and glide while you fall.
Imu Flight Uses the same flight duration as the Phoenix Fruit.
Gaban — Scopper Gaban's Technique Wheel All of Gaban's new techniques require an axe in either hand. The game will tell you if you're holding the wrong item.
They also require the corresponding Grade Advancement to appear on the technique wheel.
Mantis Plum — Mantis Axe Style 250 Energy — Always Available
Kamudo — Gate of God 350 Energy — Grade 100
8000 Slash: Grim Throng 600 Energy — Grade 300
NPC Gaban can also cast these techniques.
Rayleigh — Silvers Rayleigh's Technique Wheel All of Rayleigh's new techniques require a sword in either hand.
He's the Dark King, so most of his kit revolves around Conqueror's Haki. The black lightning and red accents only appear if you have the Haoshoku Haki Advancement. Otherwise, you get a calmer, plain-spark version of the same moves.
Assault and Projectile Slash Two existing techniques kept in the wheel for completeness:
Assault — 200 Energy
Projectile Slash — 100 Energy, Grade 100
Dark King's Decree 200 Energy — Always Available
If you don't have Conqueror's Haki, this slot becomes Dark King's Aegis.
Thunder Dragon 350 Energy — Grade 100
Hao Zetsu: Sovereign's Severance 600 Energy — Grade 300 — Ultimate
NPC Rayleigh can also cast these techniques.
Other New Content Doflamingo's outfit is now wearable. Sunglasses, feather coat, striped trousers, and pointed shoes — craftable,. They can be repaired using feathers and pink wool.
Gaban and Rayleigh now have their own skill-select screens.
Kaido's fruit hybrid form has new visuals and custom dragon colors, along with camera fixes in both third- and first-person. A toggle has also been added to the MPV GUI's Kaido tab.
Ope Ope Room has been completely reworked with a proper state machine, and projectiles can now be redirected inside it.
New visuals for the Ope Ope Fruit, Sanji, Zoro, Mihawk, and Garp.
Fixed various bugs.
Awakening & Haki Rework Garp Technique & Conqueror’s Haki Added new visuals for Garp’s technique.
Added new visuals for Conqueror’s Haki.
Devil Fruit Awakening Added Devil Fruit Awakening for Mera Mera no Mi and Gura Gura no Mi.
Awakening is gated only by a gamerule and advancements:
Gamerule: umpremake_awakening_enabled — ON by default
Required advancement: 1.5B bounty (minepiece:grade_1500_m)
How to awaken:
Reach 1.5B bounty.
After meeting the requirement, every fruit-skill cast has a 1% chance to unlock the awakening condition.
Once the condition is unlocked, drop to ≤15% HP to trigger the awakening automatically.
Awakening plays a 5-second cinematic that is survival-safe and cannot be interrupted.
You are healed for +50% of your maximum HP when the awakening triggers.
Test commands (OP only):
/umpremake awakening cinematic
/umpremake awakening reset
For now, awakened skills mainly deal increased damage and have different visuals for Mera Mera no Mi. More awakened abilities will be added in a future update.
New Haki Overlays Added new Haki overlay visuals with four different Armament stages:
Normal Coat
Full-Body Hardening — Armament Level 5+
Emission / Ryuo Flow — Armament Level 7+
Conqueror’s Coating Aura — Level 10+, layered on top of the coat instead of replacing it
Haki Overlay Growth
The coat now gradually grows when Haki is activated and recedes when it is turned off.
When switching between looks, the previous coat fully retracts before the new one appears.
Works for both players and NPCs.
Item & First-Person Coating
Held items are coated with Haki, excluding food and blocks.
Your own arms are coated in first person.
Added 5 color palettes, configurable through MpvConfig.
NPC coats only appear on their hands and weapons.
New Haki Wheel Toggles Added three new toggles to the Haki wheel:
Conq. Coat — Toggles the cosmetic Conqueror’s Coating aura ON/OFF (Level 10+).
Conq. Haki — Toggles the actual Conqueror’s Haki effect ON/OFF.
Awakening — Swaps fruit techniques to their awakened versions. This only appears once the held fruit has been awakened.
New Fruit Overlay — FruitFx Added a new visual overlay for Logia-type abilities.
When active, the following moves temporarily transform the corresponding limbs into their element while casting:
Mera Mera no Mi
Hiken
Hotarubi
Hibashira
Higan
Kaen Ryuo
Dai Enkai
Hie Hie no Mi
All moves
Mori Mori no Mi
All moves
Moku Moku no Mi
White Blow
Vine
Launcher
Out
How it works:
Hands and feet transform into fire, ice, or wood.
The effect grows through 8 stages, gradually spreading from the limb toward the shoulder or hip.
Fire and ice receive an additional glow shell.
Wood gets a thicker bark shell.
During kicking/leg poses, the effect instead spreads across the legs.
The transformation grows for 9 ticks, remains active while the move is being cast, then recedes over the final 10 ticks.
When a Logia user is hit, the impacted area briefly flashes into their element.
Works on NPCs as well.
Visual only — damage and gameplay mechanics are unchanged.
Reworked WiFi Haki Completely reworked WiFi Haki.
Key: K
Requires the haoshoku / wifi_haki advancement.
60-second cooldown
How it works:
One press activates the entire ability.
Charges for 6 seconds before automatically firing.
Additional presses only display the remaining charge time.
The attack targets the enemy under your crosshair and always lands on the ground at the target location.
Each bolt:
28-tick telegraph
40 damage, distance-scaled
5.5-block radius
6-second hard stun
Slowness
Weakness
Zero velocity
Pinned to the ground
Darkness
Glow
New WiFi Haki visuals:
Burst and rising helix around the user
Storm cloud hovering over the target while charging
Sky-to-ground lightning strikes
Conqueror’s Haki Removed Conqueror’s Haki clashing completely.
New /marines Command Added a new /marines command that does not require OP permissions.
Any survival player can use it, but it only has an effect if the player is a Yonko.
/marines off — Marines leave you alone. Default for Yonko.
/marines on — Marines treat you as hostile and use their normal aggression.
/marines status — Shows your current Marine stance.
Fixed some bugs
Performance Added several performance improvements and optimizations.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
