✨ Features
Any item held in the player's hand can act like a Totem of Undying when the player receives fatal damage.
Prevents death and restores the player just like the vanilla totem effect.
Consumes one item from the held stack when activated.
Displays the actual used item in the totem activation animation instead of the normal totem.
Works with all items, including blocks, tools, weapons, food, and modded items.
Fully compatible with multiplayer servers.
⚙️ Mechanics
If a real Totem of Undying is present, the vanilla totem activates first.
Only one item is consumed per activation.
Empty hand → player dies normally.

Fabric API
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
