+=Removed=+
- Nothing was removed this update.
+=Added=+ -14 new rollable powers -- Illumination, Needles, Ability Gauging, Rock Arm, Heat Palm, Contact Shred, Nightmare, Conjure Disks, Shadow Flame, Lightning, Flame Claw, Demon Claw, Hypnosis, Whirlwind -- every new power has its own stat identity, icon, ability set, and full Aura Manipulation support (all are copyable) -- new custom visuals across the board: modeled projectiles and claws (conjure disks, rock arms, ice blades, energy ball, water bullet, fire & demon claws), a custom purple flame particle, and aura emitters that attach to your body while powers are active -Aura Manipulation Combinations -- absorb both component powers, then fuse them through the new Combination Wheel -- Tempest Claws (Demon Claw + Whirlwind): flight, whirlwind claw dash, tempest dive, predator strikes, and cyclone pull -- Aura Shred (Ability Gauging + Contact Shred): combat gauging with a Stored Aura HUD readout -Ability charging -- Explosion's Detonate and Shadow Flame's Flame Bolt can now be held to charge for up to 10 seconds -- charging grows the blast up to +300% radius and +100% damage, drains aura while held, and is interrupted if you take damage -Synthetic powers -- nick a powered entity (mob or player) with an empty Syringe to draw a blood sample -- feed samples to the Conversion Machine hidden in NXGen's basement for a 5% chance per attempt to integrate that Synthetic power on top of your own -- available synthetics: Speed, Regeneration, Flame Claw, Lightning - max two per player, removable at the machine, and never copyable by Aura Manipulation -The EMBER organization -- EMBER agents and named leaders now operate in the world; squads are dispatched to hunt high-tier players -- leaders fight with flame claws, a surge state, fire rings, and blazing rushes, and may drop intel on death -- EMBER camps generate as raidable sites, garrisoned by agents and leaders -The Spectre organization -- Spectre operatives hunt high-tier players to inject them with Disablers -- the Spectre Tower: a three-tier base with guards, an outpost-style garrison, and the Recovery Machine at its peak - the only cure for a disabled power -Faction membership -- Leilah (Spectre Tower) and Valerie (NXGen) recruit players through a new dialogue system -- members are never hunted by their own faction, receive quests with real rewards (Disablers, Dampeners, Amplifiers, diamonds, food), and face punishment squads for missed deadlines -- factions are strictly exclusive - the other side will not deal with you -- declining Valerie triggers an ambush led by Valerie herself: a killable boss with flame claws, lightning, regeneration, and an enrage phase; EMBER replaces her at the next dawn -Suppression items -- Amplifier: temporarily boosts your power level, followed by a comedown; cannot be chained during the comedown -- Dampener: halves your apparent level, hiding you from faction hunters -- Disabler: permanently disables a power until cured at the Recovery Machine -- all three come as vials and as craftable syringes; syringes can also be used on other players and mobs -New blocks -- Recovery Machine: cures disabled powers -- Conversion Machine: performs synthetic power conversions (found only in NXGen's basement - steal it if you dare) -- Suppression Field: a craftable emitter that suppresses every player's aura in a 50-block radius, fueled by Dampeners like a furnace burns coal; also blocks Amplifier use and hides bounty targets inside the field -New structures -- NXGen Laboratory: a government research facility with decorated lab floors, staff, guards, loot - and a hidden stronghold basement with cells, traps, a sealed vault, and EMBER's handler -- Bandit Hideouts and EMBER Camps generate in the wild with themed loot -Unique powers mode -- new gamerule: /gamerule UniqueUnOriginPowers (default off) -- when enabled, each power can only be rolled once per world; once all are claimed, new players awaken powerless as a Cripple - invisible to both factions -Villager recruitment: hire villagers with an emerald block to staff your own operations -New admin commands: /unorigin locate, /unorigin structure spawn, /unorigin synthetic add/remove, /unorigin faction join/leave
+=Edits=+ -Explosion's Detonate was reworked from an instant cast into the new hold-to-charge system -Aura Manipulation's activation flow was reworked - copied powers now enable automatically -The stat pentagon was overhauled: Aura Manipulation shows one merged mass that separates into per-power charts when you hover over it
+=Fixes=+ -Aura Manipulation: absorbed powers, their tags, and their stats no longer linger after dying, respawning, or expelling - the cleanup is now complete every time
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
