Changes
Universal Modifiers is now part of ValkyrieLib. Remove the Universal Modifiers jar when you update.
New
- A recipe framework: a mod keeps its recipe tables as defaults in code, and
config/<mod>/recipes/holds only your changes, so a mod update's new defaults reach existing configs. Simple Generators' fuels and Environmental Tech's void miners use it.
Fixes
- An open generator GUI stayed usable after the generator was broken, which allowed duplicating its contents.
- An unformed multiblock controller could unlink another structure's parts, leaving them unprotected and the structure running without them.
- Creative pick-block on a formed controller could crash the client.
- Ore-dictionary void miner outputs edited Forge's ore dictionary, breaking other mods' recipes (for example
logWood). - Fluid containers other than buckets could come back full after filling a tank.
- Double slabs and walls had three times their block's blast resistance.
- Clicking near the bottom of a tall GUI, or on its info or JEI button, while holding a stack threw the stack away.
- Item GUIs, such as the Starter Kit and the guide, open from the off hand.
- The fluid gauge no longer tints what's drawn after it, and guide item icons cycle at the same speed at any frame rate.
- Your cape setting is no longer switched back on at every launch.
- Multiblock part protection follows the
multiblock_protectionsetting. Creative players can break parts, a structure without an owner isn't protected, and owners can use the assembler on their own structures. - Multiblock state, ownership, energy and progress are always saved.
- The server only stores the guide's own page state sent by a client, so guide items can't be used to bloat chunks.
OD_PREFIX:ids include items without variants, and only the listed variants of the rest.
Performance
- Multiblock structure checks are spread over time and skip unloaded areas.
- Pushing energy and items no longer loads neighbouring chunks.
- Scrolling GUIs and text paragraphs do less work each frame.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
