The "Config Subdirectory" update. Relocated the global configuration file and renamed it to config.json inside a dedicated betterdogs subfolder.

• Improved Compatibility: Prevents name collision issues with other mods by organizing configuration within a betterdogs/ directory (resolving Cloth Config Custom Name auto-detection).
• Subfolder Layout: Global configuration path is now config/betterdogs/config.json, alongside its respective .tmp and .bak swap files.
