Updated some recipes and compat with other fd's addons. (New juice recipes, switched some recipes to use raw meat instead and overall some tweaking)
Included the new pizza, pies and cakes in the mineable tag (Now you can mine them with the knife)
Added VD's recipes in the FD's recipe book. (For instance, dandelion juice would sit in the drinks section)
Some bug fixes I couldn't remember teehee :3
