Vestiges of the Present

-Reworked a lot of Vestiges and their abilities from 1.19.2 -Challenge from Atlas can now see what biome is left to search -Reworked all damage system -New overlay information and renders -New command "enableHardcore" that changes Config field hardcore: Hardcore mode increases all bosses max health by 10 times and attack by 2 times -A lot of fixes overall(I don't rememer) -Black Hole is now moving faster by 10 times :) -Devourer is now properly working -Some Challenges reworked -New textures and sounds
