Version 0.1.5

Minor update

• Remade nail item texture
• Renamed nail to "bundle of nails"
• fixed logs for charcoal and fuel
• fixed stairs, gates, fences, etc. from mining slow with assigned tools
• temporary boats for wood idk if i'll make seperate boats
• fixed beds
• doors and trapdoors planned
• removed the creature
