🗳️ VoxPopuli: Democracy over Dictatorship

Tired of that one friend who keeps giving themselves items the second your back is turned? Or the one who keeps trying to switch to Creative mode when you specifically promised an "honest" survival experience?

We all have that player in our group. With VoxPopuli, we’re putting an end to command-line tyranny. If someone wants to cheat, they have to answer to the people. No more solo decisions: either everyone agrees, or the command stays locked away!

How it works

The concept is simple: the plugin intercepts restricted commands before they are processed by the server, whether they are typed by a player or executed via the console.

The people's verdict: As soon as a sensitive command is detected, all connected players are notified. Each player can vote to "Accept" or "Refuse" the command.

Validation or Rejection: If everyone agrees, the command is executed. However, if the majority refuses or if no consensus is reached within 2 minutes, the command is flat-out blocked.

Built-in intelligence: Don't worry, the game stays fluid! Over 100 vital server management commands (restart, reload, etc.) and essential commands from over 10 popular survival plugins (hub, shop, msg, pay, tpaccept, etc.) are allowed by default.

Protection & Security

True democracy must be rock-solid. VoxPopuli includes essential safeguards to prevent fraud:

Anti-Multi-Account (IP Check): The plugin checks player IP addresses to prevent multi-accounting. It’s impossible to vote multiple times for yourself and skew the results!

Minimum Quorum: To prevent a player from granting themselves privileges while alone on the server, the system requires at least 2 players to be online to validate any vote.

Guaranteed Integrity: Every attempt is scrutinized. If the requirements aren't met or the vote fails, the server remains locked.

🚨 Your last line of defense

The only theoretical weakness is if a cheater maliciously deletes the plugin from the server files. But don't worry: VoxPopuli has your back.

Every time you log in, the plugin sends a confirmation message to ensure it is active. You become the ultimate safeguard. If you connect and don't see this message, you'll immediately know the plugin has been neutralized, giving you full control to react and counter your friends' schemes.
