Compatibility
Changes
-
Modded worldgen, especially tectonic and terralith, should now work better with wavify, covering more surface area of the beaches.
-
streams reflowing should now work with wavify; the river waves follow the direction of the stream.
-
Transparent and darkened waves with Sodium’s Improved Transparency should not happen anymore
-
Glow in the dark config: it’s now a Full Moon Glow toggle, off by default, using the real moon phase. Off, waves are lit normally on a full-moon night; on, they glow; at noon they never do.
-
Height and opacity configs: Wave Y Offset now goes from -1 to 1 and only moves ocean and shore waves. River waves get their own River Wave Y Offset, because they sit lower than ocean waves a. separate Wave Opacity and Foam Opacity sliders replace Transparency and Apply To Foam.
-
Removed midnight lib as a dependency in favor of cloth config.
Optional dependencies
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
