- made general weather patterns around 3x wider than before
- fixed player transparency when cloud shadows are enabled
- changed checking wind resistance using the wrench from shift-right clicking to hovering over the block
- tweaked how tornados look on the reflectivity radar (still a work in progress)
- made cirrus clouds more cirrus cloud like
- re-done the config comments
- you can now move/look around while looking at the radar tablet
- the radar tablet now rotates in the direction the player is facing
- added a config option to specify which dimensions have weather

Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not.
