π©οΈ WeatherPhysics v0.0.6 β Dynamic and Realistic Weather
WeatherPhysics is a Minecraft mod designed to take in-game weather to the next level, introducing convective clouds, frontal systems, dynamic precipitation, wind physics, and atmospheric phenomena.
βοΈ New Cloud Types
The mod features different cloud types representing various stages of convective development:
- Cumulus: Fair-weather clouds.
- Cumulus congestus: Clouds with strong vertical development.
- Cumulonimbus: Thunderstorm clouds with different stages of development.
- Stratiform clouds: Cloud bands associated with frontal systems.
π§οΈ Frontal Systems and Precipitation
- π§οΈ A frontal weather system that produces stratiform precipitation.
- π¨ Dynamic rain curtains that move with the wind.
- πͺοΈ Stronger wind effects during fronts and thunderstorms.
- 𧲠Powerful gusts can push players, adding a physical dimension to weather conditions.
π¬οΈ Wind and Ambient Audio
- π Wind effects that add movement and dynamism to weather events.
- π Wind sound effects for a more immersive experience during windy conditions and storms.
π Visual Improvements
- π¨ Improved cloud lighting transitions between day and night.
- β¨ Better visual integration of rain curtains.
- π Landspout shape and movement refinements.
- π Greater visual variety in cloud structures.
πͺοΈ Atmospheric Phenomena
WeatherPhysics features convective weather, lightning, hail, and landspouts, with physical and visual effects that help create a more dynamic weather environment.
β¨οΈ Commands
The mod's commands are organized under /weatherphysics:
/weatherphysics spawncloud <type>β Spawns a cloud type./weatherphysics startfront <minutes>β Starts a frontal system./weatherphysics stopfrontβ Stops the frontal system./weatherphysics clearβ Removes active clouds/landspouts and deactivates the front. (Use thespawncloudcommand's auto-suggestions to see all available cloud types).

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
