Whiteout

Now takes advantage of the semantic versioning standard to determine compatibility with both Lithium and the Fabric loader. From now on, Whiteout will always support the latest minor Fabric loader release and any patches that follow on the same minor version. Also, although it can't be 100% guaranteed, updates to Whiteout generally shouldn't be required when Lithium receives patch updates going forward.
