Moved probes measurements to the client side to prevent unit mismatch on multiplayer
Probes should now drop rewards based on measured wind speeds. More violent and larger tornadoes will reward more, based on time the probe spent in extreme winds.
probes drop items on shift right click and only after they are done with 10 minute measuring cycle. If you break them no items will be dropped.
Removed channel 66 as debugging channel
Made heavy duty anemometer cheaper
