-Disconnected the File Path for Loot Tables (disabling loot table alterations) for the time being, since Mojang is working on broad adjustments to Loot Tables. I may reintroduce loot table adjustments after Mojang is done messing with them.

-Updated paths for 1.21.1 file organization
