XDBar 1.3

Replaced "Keep XP Bar with Locator Bar" option with "Locator Background", that toggles the locator bar background
Added "Locator Pins" options, that toggles the display of waypoints
Replaced the hardcoded XP Bar display code to one that doesn't force anything to show other than the locator bar, allowing the jump bar (and others that may be added by mods) to be visible
