NeoForge (maybe also Fabric) startup issue

This release fixes a game start issue on NeoForge (and maybe also Fabric, but it'd probably have a more expressive crash report). The CapeLayer fixes on 0.10.1 had an issue where the mixin signature was not correct, preventing client startup.

CI (again)

Hopefully the project now builds on Windows fine again.
