Put in some work to make the render scopes more deliberate (to not accidentally intercept UI render passes and the likes of bugs that can result from that). See fixes below.

Fixes

This fixes an issue where durability viewer mods were passed an empty item for equipped slots and skipped rendering the durability overview. Basically, a side-effect of the scope and render interception refactor - by @zannagh
