Fixes

This fixes an issue where when upgrading from a mod-version prior to 0.10.0-p.5 (where explicit item exclusions were introduced), the mod failed to work with the existing configuration files. The symptom of this was it looking like the mod failed to work at all (since it'd always early return when reading from its configuration).

Now, Armor Hider uses a (very explicit) version property in its configuration file and will migrate older configurations to the new scheme.
