New Nebula Version and many Changes.

Changes

  • Spell's do no longer check Castability.*
  • Spell's do no longer drain Mana.*
  • Fix Spell Table not dropping.
  • Spell Table is now being easily broken by Pickaxe.
  • Spell Table is now loading Model right when in Hand.
  • Remove many Mixins in favor of MultiTickSpell.
  • Update Fabric API Version

*This is now done before a Spell is casted by Nebula.
