- default spawn height is now 0 (was 64)
- Spawn height is now data driven, as an int field in chunk generator
- Allow vanilla bonus chest to generate on spawn_platform. (will be skyblock based in future)
Note: The game felt too much grindy at y=64 even though you get to start with nylium.
