Changes

• Sync changes from 26.1 snapshots
• End biome/single biome speedups are disabled (b/c they can use mod incompat)
• If you have some world where default blocks are randomly ticking (like lava), lithium will recount whole chunk section (Its rare, even then it would still be faster than vanilla, and faster than w/o the optimization)

Note: Last release for 1.21.11 Release this cause I had finished writing parity testing code, and all code had no problems whatsoever

• Ah, minor slowdown in end generation (forgot one thing)
