[AEl] Another Experience lite

This is the lite Version Another Experience 1.9.3-Beta Some mods here are on a newer version compared to the original 1.9.3. It is essentially at the stage where 1.9.4 or 1.9.5 were planned to be; however, the original pack has a few issues that need to be fixed first. That is why AE Lite is currently newer, though it doesn't dictate the version numbers.
