Added content

• Added camerapature
• Added some of the server optimizations sent in suggestion
• Added Simple Hats (Events only)
• Added Mighty Mail to send others mail :D

Fixes:

• Fixed Nicknames not showing up properly and using the old %pronouns% variables which didn't work anymore (not updated)
• Fixed Status mod resetting after leaving and rejoining the server
