Astro's Mixin' Match Pack

Adds a bit more memory stability can help with frametime. Mods added are Shine, (this one looks like a shader but doesn't imact performance as much!) Entity Culling, and FerriteCore. I realized how annoying it can be lacking memory is so it was added to this version of the pack!
