GIFs in your chat
Added GIF Chat 0.6.0 for Minecraft 26.3 / Fabric. Send local GIFs using drag-and-drop or /gif send, preview them locally with /gif preview, and click received GIFs to save them. Video conversion is available through an optional FFmpeg download offered by the mod.
Multiplayer requirement: the server and receiving clients need compatible GIF Chat installations for their Minecraft version. Installing Azur alone does not enable GIF sharing on ordinary servers without GIF Chat.
The crystal menu, Cherry Blossom Panorama, BSL Medium defaults and existing public mod selection are preserved. Existing settings are preserved through missing-file defaults.
Validation and limitations
No automated tests or game tests were performed for this integration. The 26.3 port compiles successfully; runtime and mixin compatibility remain untested. This release remains a beta, and Item Rename is still omitted. Back up your instance and worlds before updating, especially before upgrading Minecraft.
