Beautifully Optimized

First beta release, hopefully I didn't severely mess something up. :)

Added BetterF3, Chat Patches, Client Sort, Language Reload, Particle Rain, Puzzle, Renice Shot, and Status Effect Bars.

Removed LibJF and FCAPIP.

Enabled Better Grass by default, can easily be disabled by changing Better Grass from Fancy -> Off in video settings if you don't like it!

Slightly changed up the Mellow shader look to make it look more like vanilla, while also improving performance slightly.

Updated AsyncParticles, Chat Heads, C2ME, EMF, ETF, Fabric API, and Gnetum.
