Added Better Clouds, Fzzy Config (dependency), NoRollback, ParticleCore, Polytone, and Sound Physics Perfected.

Removed AsyncParticles.

Updated Animatica, Better Stats Screen, Cape Provider, C2ME, Controlling, EMF, ETF, EntityCulling, Fabric API, Fabric Language Kotlin, Optimized Block Entities, Particle Rain, Scribble, Searchables, Smooth Scrolling, TCDCAPI, and Zoomify.

Updated to Fabric Mod Loader 0.20.

Better Clouds will now only render when the shaders are off (if you don't like it or for performance reasons), which means you at least get the improved clouds even without shaders! <3
