This is a massive update! If you have issues, try creating a new instance (instead of updating from your already-existing instance) first!
The Wiki has also been created, with tutorials on installation and Storytelling, both of which are a bit different now. Check them out!

Added an option to pause the timer during nominations
Added an onboarding message after clicking "Use this Bag"
Added an alert on the main menu when you are using a beta version.
Added a small, translucent version number in the pause menu.
Added a documentation link on first join.
Setup tutorial messages now refer to the player's username instead of <player>.
Added No Chat Restrictions to eliminate ridiculous multiplayer restrictions for players in some regions.
Added the BetterTab mod.
The bag menu has been totally redone, notably eliminating the need for the Fix Leftover Roles button. The current layout is not very colorblind-friendly and will be improved further in the future.
Players can now whisper to their neighbors and to Storytellers while seated using /whisper. When a game is not active, anyone can whisper to anyone. These messages are always visible to Storytellers.
Players can now optionally join a voice chat with all players at night. Toggle between this and the private local voice chat with a keybind (ENTER by default).
A ✎ icon now appears at the end of the voice chat participant list if a Storyteller is present.
The house voice chats will now send a "you have joined X voice chat" message during the day.
Many commands now check that a game is active before they can be run.
Many commands that are not relevant to the game are hidden for non-ops.
/tell (and its aliases) are now disabled for non-Storytellers.
Storytellers no longer need to be opped in order to Storytell. A server operator will still need to be the one to add or remove a Storyteller.
Storytellers can now click "mark" or "remove mark" to update that status and cancel a nomination immediately.
A new clock arm displays which player nominated. This info is also printed in chat.
"Requesting Storyteller Chat" is now automatically toggled off when a Storyteller is in the same room as you.
A shorter clock tick sound plays during voting if the clock speed is one second or lower.
Your character is now revealed to you as soon as you enter your house, instead of the Storyteller having to do it.
The Night Order display within the Grimoire is now much more compact.
Hovering over a character token in the Night Order within the Grimoire will now display instructions for what to do with that character.
The Change Character and Change Bluff screens now display character names and descriptions when a token is hovered over.
Beds & carpets in the mint, navy, and lavender houses are now appropriately colored.
When creating a server, you no longer need to move any additional files.
When creating a server, you no longer need to run /reload and YAWP commands.
Players can now interact with any blocks that do not change the map state (i.e. chests, beds, lecterns).
Players now get a slight speed boost when coming to town in the morning and returning home at night.
Silenced the Cyan House's sheep. :)
Removed the "modpack is in an early state, look out for bugs" warning on the pause menu.
Technical changes:
Character string IDs are now the same as TPI's (i.e. pit_hag is now pithag). Resource packs containing character icons will need to be updated.
Character numerical IDs are now in alphabetical order and categorized by character type. The alphabetical order will most likely not be maintained when new characters are added, they'll just be tacked on the end.
001-199: Townsfolk
200-299: Outsiders
300-399: Minions
400-499: Demons
500-599: Travellers
600-699: NPCs
Timer functions moved to util folder as they're grabbed from a lot of different spots.
Many texts are now translation strings. This is not yet comprehensive.
Voice chat management now uses predicates instead of block detection so as to allow for vertical and float-based sizing (except for the crop fields as I was lazy).
Voice chat player list actionbars are now stored in world NBT data.
Storyteller permission checks to run commands are now within the functions instead of the command's .json file.
TAB mod has been removed in favor of Show Your Identity, which is much less buggy and lets pronouns be seen at a greater distance.
Script data is no longer stored on players, and is now exclusively stored and referenced in ct:script
Voting strength now correlates to a score instead of a strict +1
"Dev Mode" is now a little more official. If active, /reloads and joining the world does not automatically run init functions.
The way scripts are imported has been redone, making it dramatically more efficient and laying groundwork for homebrew support in the future.
All decorational armor stands are now item displays.
Block protection is now handled using Flan instead of YAWP. This means that if you have your own map, you'll need to re-define claims where players are able to toggle doors. Check config/flan/flan_config to set an item with which to do so.
The biome datapack is now baked into the core datapack instead of being inside the world.
User-facing data like ghost votes and player count is now stored in FM variables and NBT storage as well as in scores so that modern FancyMenu can read them.
Optimized many steps in the nominations phase of the game.
Removed unused file references from carrot_on_a_stick.json
Added min_format and max_format to datapack.
Fixed bugs:
#4: The bottom right "Since ..." uses the Storyteller's timezone.
#28: Fabled, Loric, and Traveller characters do not add reminder tokens to the Grimoire.
#57: The script and Grimoire cannot be opened while a nomination is active.
#64: Not all windows in the yellow house get blocked by particles.
#65: Teleport to player home is broken in the new map.
#70: Block sounds are not muted on nights 1 and 3.
#78: A shorter clock tick sound should play if voting speed is fast enough that the regular one would overlap with itself.
#80: Starting a game with more than 15 non-ST players in the lobby breaks the game.
#83: Reminder tokens are broken for player 13, 14, and 15. (thanks @LordWoolfy!)
#87: Compasses not handed out on night one.
#96: Player Names are incorrectly formatted in the Al-Had announcement due to Markdown. (thanks @Jvkeh!)
#97: Non-Storytellers using the /grimoire command open the Storyteller Grim.
#99: Spectators get given Village Idiot/Legion tokens. (thanks @Jvkeh!)
#132: Players can escape the pyre while being executed.
#141: Resetting the game doesnt remove the current nomination
#164: Disable Enhanced Groups group summary setting
Players dying during the day doesn't update alive player/dead votes count in the Grimoire.
The button to change seat 15's character is clickable when there are not 15 players.
Custom banner patterns refer to a nonexistent translation string.
The Acrobat is missing a * in its character description.
The Virgin lacks a "no ability" reminder token.
There are several accessible holes in the terrain.
Some voice chats can be entered or left by standing in non-whole blocks (panes, iron bars, fences).
Spectator 👁️ in voice chats icon uses the wrong font.
Players disconnecting from the server screws up the player count in the Grimoire.
Many instances of "gray" are spelled as "grey."
Lavender and Pink arrows are in the wrong order on a sign.
Players can craft any combination of the Setup Bag, Grimoire, and Script together to get a Carrot on a Stick.
