Changes

Replaced Camera Utils with Zoomify and Shoulder Surfing Reloaded as I've found this works better.
Have unset the freecam keybinds for shoulder surfing since I've found it not great to use.

Added Forge Config API Port since Shoulder Surfing Reloaded requires it.
