• Re-added Continuity, updated mods and changed options.txt accordingly.

Known issues:

• Rendering issues with clouds from certain shaders and block edges on Nvidia cards when Anisotropic Filtering is enabled in the Nvidia driver.
• Weather doesn't render properly through glass.
