Final cleanup and polish before multiplayer validation.

Cleared an accidental default REI favorite so new installs start with an empty Favorites list. Verified and preserved the finalized world generation, structure, QoL, visual, audio, shader, and resource-pack settings. No mods were added, removed, or updated from RC9. General release-package cleanup and configuration verification.

Known issue: Natural Wild Rice generation may be unreliable in the current Farmer’s Delight version. Rice can still be obtained through loot and works normally once obtained.
