Reduced EMC for andesite from 16 to 2, to make veinmining andesite in an andesite cave not OP.

Also removed EMC for some items. In principle, only items that are directly obtainable wihout an industrial process(Anything that involves machinery) would have EMC. This is to incentivize the player to still build farms and machinery. The only exception is iron and other sheets.
