Added features:

• Added Trowel, which allows for randomly placing blocks from the player's hotbar
• Added Resource Pack Overrides, which is used to hide required resource packs in the resource pack selector. That screen now appears empty and players are free to add their own packs

• Fixed fried mushrooms recipe
• Replaced Fabric Seasons: Delight Compat with Fabric Seasons: Delight Refabricated Compat to fix rice and tomatoes not having proper growing speeds in different seasons
• Fixed typos in some advancements, added an advancement for getting the trowel
• Added a recipe for wheat flour by crushing wheat or hay bales on a cutting board with a hammer
• Changed minimum and maximum waypoint display distance to 15 meteres (min) and 4096 meters (max)
• Changed waypoint distance at which meteres are converted to kilometers to 1000
