Modpack changes

• The Create mod and add-ons for it have been updated and some have been removed or replaced.
• Other mods have also been updated, mostly these are the mods that needed updating.
• New mods added.
• All weapons are now integrated with Better Combat.
• Some unnecessary mods have been removed.
• Updated version of Forge.
• Improved optimization and compatibility with mods.
