Expeditus 0.1.0-alpha

Initial public alpha release of Expeditus, a bloat-free Fabric performance modpack base for vanilla Minecraft.

Expeditus is focused on better FPS, lower memory usage, faster loading, smoother chunk/world performance, and cleaner client/server optimization while keeping the game feeling vanilla.
