Changes

Rehauled the pack due to major game breaking issues on the server end. Removed Shattered World Limits (SWL) as the main suspect of the issues, as well as chunkloaders to avoid severe lag.

Also added Xaero's Map and Minimap instead of Antique Atlas and added a magic system.
