Fresh & Smooth

New Features:

• Picked up a new 3d potions pack (old one wasnt entirely HMI-compatible)
• Brush & Juice for better 2D sprites
• Jiggling Lanterns on 3rd person

Bug fixes:

• Fixed elytra contrails looking dark and dim
• limited FPS At 150, which 3x'd our 1% FPS (if you disable the limit, you're risking more frequent FPS drops)
• Fixed muffled/suppressed sounds on 1.21.11
• Wakes are temporarily disabled for stability (planes are still visible tho!)
• Fixed held up armors conflict with enchantment glint
• Fixed rain causing a strong fog to appear (Tweaked the fog start to be normal)
