Gaycraft

Gaycraft 5.0 (hopefully the final update!) I return with an update purely focused on bug fixes, quest updates, and making sure everything works as it should! I have spent more time playtesting this time, both through the regular questline and exploring more mods to make sure mechanics work as they should. As of this update, all quests should be completable. Any other small bugs or issues that arise should not interfere with the questline or prevent you from 100%’ing Gaycraft! I also will not be updating this any further, unless there is a quest-breaking issue, in which a hotfix will be updated and replace this current file. I want to 100% Gaycraft myself, and updating it takes time away from being able to play it and make progress, so I hope yall understand :3 ALRIGHT ONTO THE PATCH NOTES!

Fixes:

• MANY fixes to the whole questline, too many to mention here, but know that any broken questlines or quests / rewards are fixed and completable (as far as I have tested). Multiple quests have also been re-arranged to make more sense with progression, but your progress will NOT BE CHANGED – they are simply physically moved, so all of your completion stays the same.
• Resource pack / texture glitches fixed, including broken bed and entity models, and all outdated resource packs have been removed (Also cleaned up the resource packs to only include necessary ones)
• Accessibility changes: Changed the hole-y background (possibly triggering Trypophobia) of the options menu, and applied the Arachnophobia resource pack to Jumping Spiders.

Updates:

• Added the few new hats to the hat collection page
• Added brand new mod guides on the mod guide page, replacing the wolf and cat mods: One for “Species” and one for
• Included specific Discord rewards for completing each Collection and challenge tier. Below are the Discord role names: o Easy Challenges: Gaycraft Genius o Mid Challenges: Gaycraft Expert o Extra Hard Challenges: Gaycraft Master o Hats: tips fedora o Plushies: Full of Fluff o Night Lights: Bioluminescent o The Rainbow: EXTREMELY GAY

Additions:

• BEE BUDDIES!: This is the CUTEST PRIDE THEMED MOD with TAMEABLE BEES- tame them using sugar water, and then CHANGE THEIR PRIDE FLAG COLOUR WITH DIFFERENT COLOURED NECTAR!!!!! Any bees can be tamed this way, whether or not you use the nectar on them! So you can still have a vanilla bee with the gay resource pack texture instead :3 BEES WILL ALSO SIT ON YOUR HEAD, AND FIGHT FOR YOU!
• HAPPY PRIDE MOTH!: Another pride themed mod I was thinking of adding for a while- adds MOTHS with pride flag variations that you can transport and keep in jars like axolotls! Here’s the wiki - https://github.com/DakotaPride/pride-moths/wiki
• [Let’s Do] Lili's Lucky Lures (a very small fishing mod from the lets do series)
• Scholar – Just a book editor where you can see and edit 2 pages at once with a book and quill
• Eternal pets: Makes pets automatically revive at your spawn, when they die

Removals:

• Removed “More Mob Variants”. The variations of zombies / skeletons were too annoying / didn’t fit with the difficulty I wanted for Gaycraft. Alternate passive mob skins now are added via resource packs instead!
• Removed Let’s Do Camping, because it simply added another unnecessary backpack, and nothing much else. IF YOU HAVE A LETS DO CAMPING BACKPACK, TAKE ITEMS OUT OF IT BEFORE UPDATING!!!!!
• Cozy’s Improved Wolves and Cats (it disabled certain advancements required for quests)
