Updated the pack to match the latest allowed mod list and have better settings.

• Added the newly allowed mods
• Added the macOS specific mods
• Added No End Flash!
• Fixed the Gridlock servers by default
• Added some competitive default settings
• Set Planifolia brightness to 500%
• Added player position and biome to the always visible debug info

Mostly just brings the modpack up to date and makes it more ready to use without extra configuration.
