TFTH balance changes (again)

Added Questing! A few quests have been added so far and many more are in the works. Eventually, the goal is to have a full roadmap for progression, bosses, and other milestones you can aim for throughout your horrific experience. The goal is to keep things moving by always urging the player towards new objectives to prepare for the eventual incursion of the sculk horde.
