Ice Boat Racing 1.2.0-α Update Notes

Welcome to the 1.20 update, now being updated for boat racing! Please note that this modpack update so far is in ALPHA. I'm not liable for any instabilities during races.

Patch notes:

• BoatUtils has been modified to include both rally and BlindAttack modes! You no longer need to swap it out manually.
• Added ViaFabricPlus for older servers that haven't updated to 1.20.x (to be swapped out with ViaFabric as + is causing incompatibilities with MemoryLeakFix)
• Temporarily removed MemoryLeakFix to prevent a rare launch crash due to ViaFabricPlus
• Swapped out Boosted Brightness with Gamma Utils (Fullbright) to make the effects of brightening less tense on the eyes and more configurable by the user
• Removed LazyDFU thanks to Mojang optimizing the DataFixerUpper since 1.19.4
• Removed AntiGhost because it took up an unneccesary keybind
• Removed Item Model Fix because it's impact was too little to justify the performance hit due to many boats possibly being on screen
• Fixed a misconfiguration on the serverlist where FrostHex had custom server resource packs disabled by default instead of prompting

Current experiments:

• Swapping out Debugify for ModernFix, as it provides more stable optimization for larger boat races

• BoatCam is still running a 1.19.1 version, it could create instabilities but it seems to work fine for now, consider it experimental

• VeryManyPlayers is currently running a development version, so consider it experimental. I've chosen to continue running VMP because of the upcoming BlueCity Circuit event which will host a race with more than 50 people.

Known Issues:

• Currently using the ClothConfig 1.20 API instead of a 1.20.1 version because it doesn't exist yet, which could cause instabilities

• Simple Voice Chat is on 2.4.10 while all servers currently use 2.4.2 (apart from BoatLabs' BlindAttack subserver, which is on 2.3.8?)

• FrostHex does not support the new BoatUtils yet so any of those tracks are broken right now
