This is the first release of the 26.1.2 version.

Warning: Updating to this release will reset your Distant horizons settings. If you are updating to this release you will need to manually load the resourcepacks in the correct order.

It includes changes to First person & third person animations. Detailed animations seems to be mostly discontinued & was holding back the emf version. Detailed animations has been replaced with Fresh animations. Hold my items which has no 26.1.2 version has been replaced with Punchy. It also includes the latest upstream changes. This includes improvements to game optimisation & a new handler for capes.

This version took longer than usual to be stable; Minecraft changed their obfuscation in this release. As a result all mods had to be completely rebuilt by their creators to work on this version. As it stands 26.2 is entering its release soon and work for that modpack version will start shortly. This is likely to be the only major release until polytone and wakes are updated.
