Emergency Vulnerability hotfix Alpha release of the upcoming 26.2 version.

This is an emergency update to fix a critical vulnurability with Litematica. It is advised that you update immediately if you use this modpack on other public servers.

This release forces vulkan where possible for testing purposes. It increases framerates greatly. This means that iris is currently disabled and will remain probably up until its replacement.

Some things are still missing.
