Fixed critical crash caused by Sodium/Iris version mismatch

Updated to compatible versions to resolve the MixinDefaultChunkRenderer crash

    Game no longer crashes when loading into a world

Notes: If you were using shaders, they should now work correctly with the updated Iris version

Performance optimizations from Sodium are still present without Sodium Extra
