Mostly Optimized Exclusive Versions is a modpack that is exclusive versions of the modpack Mostly Optimized. This pack has versions of Mostly Optimized that used to be avalible but were tooken out of the main version because they didn't really make sense to be in the main version. Most of these versions are earlier minecraft versions like 1.21.6 and 1.21.7.
