THE EVEN SHINIER SUPER COOL PERFORMANCE THINGY UPDATE

• Tweaked the Shine mod some more
• Other little mod tweaks and such
• Massive performance improvements with new mods, went from 190-220 FPS on my PC to 270-350 FPS (mostly cause of Nvidium, so unfortunately largest FPS boosts are only on NVIDIA GPUs)
• Updated Vanilla Tweaks pack (as per usual), it is now named JAG's Vanilla Tweaks
• Replaced the lack of shaders with Complimentary Reimagined, configured to be very similar to Vibrant Visuals
