• Split flowers, mushrooms, saplings and bushes into their own material category, separate from grass
• Reduced wind strength on flowers/mushrooms/saplings/bushes by 25%, then further down so leaves now sway about 5x more than flowers
• Reduced the SSS/sheen lighting effect on flowers/mushrooms/saplings/bushes by 30 percent so they do not glow as strongly as grass
• Added Biomes O'Plenty bush and other BOP flowers to the reduced-wind, reduced-light category
• Added Serene Shrubbery bloom_basket variants (not covered by vanilla tags) to the same category
