Changes

Fixes clients being rejected with a modlist-incompatible error. Mod Whitelist (server anti-cheat) requires the mod on BOTH sides; earlier versions shipped it server-only, so the client was missing the one mod the server required. Mod Whitelist is now included in the client install. No other changes.
