Re-Console 0.10.3

new mash ups and some improvements

added new mash up ports (modrinth only)

added fastquit and worldhost

some qol improvements to be had

added crash assistant

gives more info on crashes when they do happen

changed simulation distance to 8

improves vanilla parity with mob spawning

readded moderner beta

comes after its temporary removal due to issues at the time

debloated options.txt

originally from 0.5.5, ported for 0.10.3

removed no chat reports

for 90% of users, this really doesnt do much beside add performance overhead. if you do really want it back, you can add it back as the config is still kept from 0.10.2
